Second Saturday Skill Share Fest

Show and tell all your playa fabulous tricks and tips at our first joint skillshare out at Green Valley on Saturday April 14th 2012. Check out the farm, learn some new skills, share what you have to teach, limited camping available – first come, first served with long distance travellers favored.  Email  northbay (at) burningman (dot) com to get on the list.

Second Saturdays out at Green Valley Village are a sweet opportunity to get out on the land and meet some quality folks. Check out the website for more info and directions too.

Elliot Naess is coming to talk to us about kinetic machines, modified bikes and tricked out school buses.  Kylie Mendonca is going to do a workshop on costumes – we will have some sewing machines available but if you have one that is portable please bring it along!  I’m going to teach folks how to make their own hula-hoops, maybe you would like to come teach them how to use them once we are done?  I’m hot on the trail of a Flaming Lotus Girl to come give us a demo on welding, folks that live on the farm are going to talk to us about some great homesteading skills and other back to the land goodness, and there is plenty of room for you to come talk to us about what you are passionate about too.
